About Me

 

I grew up on a farm near Stamford in Lincolnshire which my dad still farms. Both my great aunt and my grandfather were talented artists but hadn’t pursued art as a career.

 

I now live in Reading and am currently working as Artist in Residence at a local school where I have been transforming the indoor and outdoor spaces with wraparound murals as well as running art clubs and doing graphic design and displays. Before this I was designing giftware and stationery for a local publishing company.

 

For fun I like to do Zumba, grow things in my garden, ride horses sometimes, ramble around in the woods a lot and do some voluntary work on archaeological digs on occasion. In addition I run Art and Craft events in venues around the area, which are a lot of fun. See my Workshops/Events page for more details.
